大株红景天治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者的疗效及对hs-CRP、血脂、血液流变学指标的影响

目的研究大株红景天治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及对患者血清hs-CRP、血脂、血液流变学指标的影响。方法选取2017年7月—2019年7月本院收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者82例作为研究对象。随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组给予常规干预治疗,观察组在常规干预治疗的基础上给予注射大株红景天注射液治疗。治疗持续四个疗程后,统计观察2组患者接受治疗后总有效率、症状改善情况、检测患者血清中超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP),血脂水平;血液流变学指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率为87.80%显著高于对照组的56.10%(P<0.05);观察组患者每周发作频次、持续时长、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)疼痛评分情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者血清hs-CRP含量显著低于对照组;患者血脂(胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯)改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);患者血液流变学指标改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过在常规干预治疗的基础上联合注射红景天注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛,可显著降低hs-CRP水平,改善血脂水平和血液流变学指标,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。

The Curative Effect of Rhodiola Rosea in the Treatment of Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris and its Effect on hs-CRP,Blood Lipids and Hemorheology Index

Objective:To study the curative effect of Rhodiola rosea in the treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris and its effects on serum hs-CRP,blood lipids and hemorheology index of the patients.Methods:82 patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,41 cases per group.The control group was given routine intervention treatment and the observation group was given Dazhu Rhodiola injection on the basis of routine intervention treatment.After four courses of treatment,the total effective rate,symptom improvement,serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),blood lipid levels,and hemorheology index in the two groups were counted and observed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.80%,which was significantly higher than that(56.10%)of the control group(P<0.05).The weekly frequency,duration and visual analogue score(VAS)pain score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.The serum hs-CRP content in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The patients'blood lipids(cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein,and triglyceride)of the observation group improved significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of the patients'hemorheology index of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Rhodiola injection and conventional intervention treatment in the treatment of the patients with unstable angina pectoris can significantly reduce the level of hs-CRP,improve blood lipid levels and hemorheology index,and improve the curative effect,worthy of clinical application.
