摘    要:在角质形成细胞(KC)的分化、发育,KC肿瘤的发生、发展以及KC的炎症和死亡过程中,仍有许多基因发挥的作用尚未明确。基于Cre-loxP系统的KC特异性基因敲除小鼠模型有助于理解皮肤疾病的发生机制,寻找具有针对性的治疗策略。本文主要对Cre-loxP系统条件性基因敲除小鼠的构建方法及其在KC相关研究中的应用进展进行阐述。

Abstract:In the process of development and differentiation of keratinocyte(KC),generation and progression of KC carcinoma,as well as the inflammation and death of KC,there still have been many genes whose functions were not yet clear.KC-specific gene knockout mice model based on Cre-loxP system could help to understand the pathogenesis of skin diseases and find new therapeutic targets.In this paper,the construction method of conditional gene knockout mice through Cre-loxP system and its application in KC related research were reviewed.
