DPL联合0.1%他克莫司软膏治疗红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮的临床观察

目的观察精准脉冲光(delicate pulse light,DPL)联合0.1%他克莫司软膏治疗红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的115例红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮患者,按随机数字表随机分为两组,全部患者均外涂0.1%他克莫司软膏,2次/d,共12周。治疗组同时予DPL治疗,每4周1次,3次为1个疗程。结果 3次治疗后,在红斑、毛细血管扩张评分和VISIA评分上,治疗组和对照组皮损改善比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在临床疗效上,治疗组有效率(66.67%)明显高于对照组(29.63%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论 DPL联合0.1%他克莫司软膏治疗红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮疗效优于单用0.1%他克莫司软膏,且安全性好。

Therapeutic Effect of Combining Delicate Pulse Light with 0.1%Tacrolimus Ointment in Treating Erythrotelangiectatic Rosacea

Objective To observe the clinic therapentic effect and safety of combining delicate pulse light with 0.1%tacrolimus ointment in treating erythrotelangiectatic rosacea.Methods A total of 115 patients with erythrotelangiectatic rosacea were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.All the patients were treated with 0.1%tacrolimus ointment,while the treatment group(58 patients)were treated with delicate pulse light per four weeks additionally and repeated for three times.Results Erythema and telangiectasia score and VISIA score in the treatment group were higher than that in the control group after three treatments,with a significaticant difference(P<0.05).The effective rate in the treatment group(66.67%)was better than that in the control group(29.63%)after three treatments(P<0.05),without serious adverse events.Conclusion Delicate pulse light combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of the patients with erythrotelangiectatic rosacea is significantly better than tacrolimus ointment,and has good security.
