摘    要:目的建立不同等级夏天无Corydalis decumbens(Thunb.)Pers.HPLC指纹图谱,并测定原阿片碱、盐酸巴马汀、比枯枯灵碱、延胡索乙素、四氢药根碱、紫堇碱的含有量。方法夏天无50%甲醇提取物的分析采用e2695型Waters-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.5%三乙胺溶液,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;检测波长289 nm;柱温25℃。结果 42批样品指纹图谱中有12个共有峰,相似度均大于0.940。原阿片碱、盐酸巴马汀、比枯枯灵碱、延胡索乙素、四氢药根碱、紫堇碱在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 5),平均加样回收率97.31%~98.23%,RSD 0.76%~1.93%。结论该方法稳定可靠,可用于夏天无的质量控制。

Abstract:AIM To establish the HPLC fingerprints of different grades Corydalis decumbens(Thunb.)Pers. and to determine the contents of protopine, palmatine hydrochloride, palmatine hydrochloride, cumene, tetrahydropalmatine and scutellaria. METHODS The analysis of 50% methanol extract of C. decumbens was developed on 25 ℃ thermostatic 2695 Waters-C18(4.6 mm× 250 mm, 5μm), with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.5% triethylamine flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner, and the detection wavelength was set at 289 nm. RESULTS There were twelve common peaks in the fingerprints of forty-two batches of samples, with the similarities of more than 0.940.Protopine, palmatine hydrochloride, palmatine hydrochloride, cumene, tetrahydropalmatine and scutellaria showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.999 5),whose average recoveries were 97.31%-98.23%,with the RSDs of 0.76%-1.93%. CONCLUSION This stable and reliable method can be used for the quality control of C. decumbens.
