自我效能理论在上消化道出血患者中的应用

目的探索在临床护理健康教育工作中自我效能理论培养在上消化道出血患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年10-12月天津市第四中心医院收治的上消化道出血患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组采用该医院消化内科的常规护理干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用自我效能理论护理干预。通过自我整体效能感知测量表(GSES)评估比较两组患者自我效能得分。结果两组0周即研究前GSES得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。其余6周接受自我效能培养的观察组的GSES得分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自我效能理论应用在上消化道出血患者健康教育方面能明显提高患者的自我效能感,增加患者的治疗依从性,值得临床推广应用。

The application of self-efficacy theory in patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the application effect of self-efficacy theory training on patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in clinical nursing health education.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage from October to December 2019 admitted to Tianjin Fourth Central Hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The patients in control group adopted the routine nursing intervention of the Department of Gastroenterology of this hospital,while on the basis of the control group,the patients in the observation group adopted self-efficacy theory nursing intervention.The self-efficacy scores of the two groups were compared,which were evaluated by self perceived global efficacy scale(GSES).Results The GSES scores of two groups were compared before the study,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The GSES scores of the observation group receiving self-efficacy training in the remaining six weeks were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of self-efficacy theory in the health education of patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage could significantly improve the self-efficacy of patients,increase the treatment compliance of patients,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
