摘    要:目的建立傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)快速鉴别天南星及其混伪品。方法应用FTIR测定10种、30批天南星及其混伪品在4 000~400 cm^-1红外光谱范围的吸收情况,并对不同样品的红外光谱吸收峰特征进行比较与聚类分析。结果 30批样品的红外光谱在波数4 000~2 000 cm^-1内有2个共同吸收峰,无显著吸收差异;在波数2 000~400 cm^-1内吸收峰较多,具有明显吸收差异;16批不同产地的天南星红外光谱图较为相似,相关系数均大于0.9;在波数为1 323 cm^-1、1 736 cm^-1处的吸收可以将天南星与大部分同属混伪品进行区分。30批样品可分为3大类。结论该方法准确稳定,重复性好,可用于天南星的质量控制。

Abstract:AIM To establish a rapid method for identification of Arisaematis Rhizoma and its adulterants by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).METHODS Ten species of thirty batches of Arisaematis Rhizoma and its adulterants were detected with the absorption range in 4 000-400 cm^-1 by FTIR. The characteristics of FTIR absorption peaks of different samples were used for comparative analysis and cluster analysis.RESULTS In the wave number 4 000-2 000 cm^-1, there were two co-absorption peaks in the infrared spectra of thirty samples,without significant differences.There were many absorption peaks in the wave number of 2 000-400 cm^-1, with significant differences in absorption. The infrared spectra of sixty batches of araceae samples from different growing areas were similar, with the correlation coefficients all above 0.9. The infrared absorption spectra at the wavenumber of 1 323 cm^-1,1 736 cm^-1 could identify and distinguish the most of Arisaematis Rhizoma and adulterants of genus Arisaema. Thirty batches of samples were divided into three types.CONCLUSION This accurate,stable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Arisaematis Rhizoma.
