| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急性肝衰竭患者血清可溶性Fas(sFas)和可溶性Fas配体(sFasL)的水平及其意义.方法:用ELISA法检测39例各种病因急性肝衰竭患者sFas、sFasL的含量,并与30例健康献血者比较.结果:急性肝衰竭患者血清sFas明显高于正常对照组(P＜0.01),血清sFasL水平明显高于正常对照组(P＜0.05),血清sFas与凝血酶原活动度(PTA)呈显著负相关(P＜0.05).结论:急性肝衰竭患者血清sFas、sFasL水平明显升高,且与肝衰竭轻重程度相关,监测两者水平变化有助于判断病情发展及预后.由Fas/FasL系统介导的肝细胞调亡可能在急性肝衰竭疾病发生与发展中起重要作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the levels of serum soluble Fas and Fas ligant in patients with acute hepatic failure. Methods:The serum soluble Fas and FasL were detected with ELISA in 39 patients. Thirty healthy donars served as normal control. Results: Serum soluble Fas and FasL levels of patients were higher than that of normal group. Significant diference between sFas and PTA was found. Conclusions:The levels of sFas and sFasL in the patient group are correlated with severity of the disease. Serum soluble Fas and FasL can help for evaluating the patients condition and prognosis. Apoptosis mediated by FAS/FasL may play an important role in the acute hepatic failure. |
