| 摘 要： | 目的 观察远道辨经巨刺法配合 TDP治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法 将 14 4例肩周炎患者随机分为辨经组 76例和对照组 6 8例 ,分别给予远道辨经巨刺配合 TDP治疗和局部取穴针刺配合 TDP治疗两种方法。结果 辨经组愈显率与对照组相比具有高度显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 远道辨经巨刺配合 TDP为治疗肩周炎的有效方法

| Abstract: | Purpose To investigate the effect of meridional differentiation-based distant opposing acupuncture plus TDP in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis. Method One hundred and forty-four patients with shoulder periarthritis were randomly divided into a meridional differentiation group of 76 cases and a control group of 68 cases and treated by meridional differentiation-based distant opposing acupuncture plus TDP and local point acupuncture plus TDP, respectively.Results There was a very significant difference in the rate of cure and marked effectiveness between the meridional differentation group and the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Meridional differentiation-based distant opposing acupuncture plus TDP is an effective treatment for shoulder periarthritis. |
