| 摘 要： | 目的：分析无创正压通气在急性左心衰竭中的应用。方法：回顾性分析应用无创正压通气的急性左心衰竭患者76例的临床资料。结果：1例因经济原因放弃治疗外,其余患者在机械通气1-2h内肺部罗音明显减少或消失,RR降低,HR减慢,血压平稳。其中显效52例,有效24例,无效0例。2h复查动脉血气分析,结果有不同程度的好转,24h-5d撤离呼吸机。结论：在综合治疗的基础上,采用无创面罩机械正压通气可迅速改善肺部气体交换和心功能,逆转急性左心衰竭的恶性循环,能取得满意疗效。无创正压机械通气是治疗急性左心衰竭安全有效的方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the application of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in patients with acute left ventricular failure.Method：We retrospective analysed clinical data of 76 cases of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in patients with acute left heart failure.Result：All the cases were with stable blood pressure,RR decreased,HR slowed except one case given up therapy.There were markedly effective in 52 cases,effective 24 cases,There＇s no ineffective case.Conclusion：It can improve the pulmonary ventilation by non-invasive face mask mechanical positive pressure ventilation on the basic treatment.It＇s effective to improve the function of heart failure. |
