超声弹性成像对乳腺肿瘤诊断价值

目的探讨超声弹性成像在乳腺良、恶性肿瘤中声像特征及其对鉴别诊断的意义。方法回顾性分析146例乳腺肿瘤患者（共175个肿块）的超声弹性成像检查结果，并与手术组织病理结果进行对照，观察超声弹性成像诊断良、恶性肿瘤的敏感性、特异性和准确性。结果175个肿块中良性肿块110个，恶性肿块65个；超声弹性成像诊断乳腺良、恶性肿瘤的敏感性为92．3％（60／65），特异性为76．4％（84／110），准确性为82．3％（144／175）。结论超声弹性成像可提高乳腺良、恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断的准确性。

Value of ultrasonic elastography to the diagnosis of breast tumor

Objective To investigate the features and the clinical siginificance of ultrasonic elastography in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumor. Methods The ultrasonic elastography findings were retrospectively analyzed in 146 cases of breast tumor （175 lesions）, and were compared with histopathological results. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of ultrasonic elastography for benign and malignant breast tumor were eveluated. Results In 175 lesions, 110 were benign and 65 were malignant. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 92.3% （60/65）, 76.4% （84/110） and 82. 3% （144/175） for benign and malignant breast tumor. Conclusions Ultrasonic elastography can improve the accuracy of the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumor.
