非手术治疗髋关节中心性骨折脱位远期疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨髋关节中心性骨折脱位非手术治疗的效果。方法髋关节中心性骨折脱位患者32例均接受正规合力牵引治疗,观察治疗效果并比较治疗前、后Harris评分和视觉模拟疼痛评分。结果治疗后随访6个月~5a,32例患者中优17例,良11例,可3例,差1例;至末次随访时Harris评分(82.73士11.29)分较治疗前(0分)明显增高(P〈0.01),视觉模拟疼痛评分((2.12±1.46)分)较治疗前((8.34±1.13)分)明显下降(P〈0.05)。结论非手术治疗可有效缓解髋关节中心性骨折脱位患者髋关节疼痛症状,改善髋关节功能,提高关节活动度。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of non-surgical treatment on central fracture-dislocation of the hip joint. Methods Thirty-two patients with central fracture-dislocation of the hip joint received standard resultant force of traction treatment. The therapeutic effect was observed, and the Harris hip score and the visual analogue score were compared before and after treatment. Results All patients were followed up from 6 months to 5 years. Of the 32 patients, the result was excellent in 17 patients, good in 11, fair in 3 and poor in 1. The mean Harris hip score was 82.73±11.29 at the end of treatment, significantly higher than that before treatment (0) (P(0.01), and the mean visual analogue score decreased from 8. 34±1. 13 before treatment to 2. 12±1.46 after operation (P〈0.01). Conclusions Non-surgical treatment can effectively relieve the pain in patients with central fracture-dislocation of the hip joint and improve the hip function and motion of joint.
