CT引导下微创治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨CT引导下微创治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,CT引导下行微创治疗30例为观察组,保守治疗30例为对照组,比较2组治疗前及治疗后3、12、24个月视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)。结果观察组术前VAS评分(8.0±1.0)与对照组(7.8±0.8)比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);观察组治疗后3、12、24个月VAS评分分别3.7±1.3、1.4±1.0、1.3±0.8,对照组分别为2.5±1.8、3.8±3.0、4.2±3.2,与术前比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗后3个月,2组间VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),而治疗后12、24个月,组间VAS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论保守治疗和CT引导下微创治疗均可有效改善腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛症状;与保守治疗相比,CT引导下微创治疗长期疗效更显著。

Therapeutic effect of CT-guided minimally invasive procedure on lumbar disc herniation

Abstract:Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of CT guided minimally invasive procedure on lumbar disc herniation. Methods In 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation, 30 patients received CT-guided minimally invasive (observation group) and 30 patients received conservation treatment (control group). The therapeutic effects and visual analogue scale (VSA) scores in 3, 12 and 24 months were compared between two groups. Results There was no significant difference in VAS scores between observation group and control group before treatment (8.0 ± 1.0, 7.8 ± 0.8) (P〈0.05). The VAS scores in 3, 12 and 24 months after treatment were 3. 7±1. 3, 1. 4±1. 0 and 1.3±0. 8 in observation group, and 2.5 ± 1.8, 3.8 ±3.0 and 4.2±3. 2 in control group, significantly different from those before treatment (P〈0. 05). There were significant differences in 12- and 24-month VAS scores between two groups (P〈0.05), and no significant difference in 3-month scores between two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusions Both two methods can relieve pain caused by lumbar disc herniation, and the long term therapeutic effect of CT-guided minimally invasive procedure is better than that of conservation treatment.
