小儿肺炎支原体肺炎临床特点及肺外表现分析

目的 分析不同年龄肺炎支原体肺炎（mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,MPP）患儿的临床特点和肺外表现。方法 1 056例MPP患儿依据年龄分为婴幼儿组344例,学龄前组399例和学龄组313例,比较3组临床症状、体征及肺外表现差异。结果 婴幼儿组、学龄前组、学龄组体温〉37.3~〈38.5℃（81.7%、64.4%、33.2%）、体温≥38.5℃（18.3%、35.6%、66.8%）、喘鸣（81.1%、54.1%、26.5%）和湿啰音（85.2%、61.9%、90.4%）等肺部症状及体征,循环系统（9.6%、23.8%、44.1%）、消化系统（48.3%、25.8%、15.7%）、泌尿系统（8.7%、16.6%、31.3%）并发症发生率比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 不同年龄MPP患儿的临床特点不同,且可并发不同肺外损害。

Clinical features of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia and extra-pulmonary manifestations in children

Objective To analyze the clinical features of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia （MPP） and extra-pulmonary manifestations in children with different ages. Methods A total of 1 056 MPP patients were divided into infant group （n=344）, preschool children group （n= 399） and school children group （n=313） according to the ages to analyze the main clinical symptoms, signs and extra-pulmonary manifestations among three groups. Results There were significant differences in the incidences of low fever （body temperature 〉37.3 to 〈38.5 ℃） （81.7%, 64.4%, 33.2%）, high fever （body temperature ≥38.5 ℃） （18.3%, 35.6%, 66.8%）, cough （81.1%, 54. 1%, 26.5%）, stridor and moist rale （85.2%, 61.9%, 90.4%）, and in the complications of circulatory system （9.6%, 23.8%, 44. 1%）, digestive system （48.3%, 25.8%, 15.7%）, urinary system （8.7%, 16.6%, 31.3%） among infant group, preschool children group and school children group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical features are different in MPP children with different ages, and could be complicated with extra-pulmonary iniury.
