改良子宫背带式缝合法治疗剖宫产术重度出血的临床研究

目的探讨改良子宫背带式缝合法治疗剖宫产术后重度出血的临床效果。方法回顾性分析同济大学附属第十人民医院产科2007年1月至2012年12月抢救剖宫产术后重度出血孕妇64例,其中采用改良子宫背带式缝合法（研究组）和常规止血法（对照组）各32例,比较两组总有效率、手术时间、产后出血量、子宫复旧、住院天数、月经复潮时间。结果研究组总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）;研究组手术时间、产后出血量、住院天数明显短于对照组（P均〈0.01）。结论改良子宫背带式缝合法治疗剖宫产术重度出血疗效确切,方法操作简单、止血迅速、安全易行,值得临床推广应用。

Modified B-Lynch uterine suture technique for severe postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section

Objective To assess the clinical effect of the modified B-Lynch uterine suture technique for severe postpartum hemorrhage（ SPHH） in cesarean section. Methods The clinical data of 64 pregnant w omen w ith SPHH after cesarean section admitted in hospital from January 2007 to December 2012 w ere retrospectively analyzed. Among them 32 cases w ere treated w ith modified B-Lynch uterine suture technique（ study group） and another 32 cases w ere treated w ith conventional technique（ control group）. The overall effectiveness,operation time,postpartum blood loss,uterus instauration,length of hospital stay,time of menstrual resumption w ere observed and compared betw een tw o groups. Results The overall effective rate of study group was significantly higher than that of control group（ P ＆lt;0. 01）. The operative time,length of hospital stay were shorter and postpartum blood loss was less in study group than those in control group（ P ＆lt; 0. 01）. Conclusion The modified B-Lynch uterine suture technique is effective and feasible for patients w ith SPHH after cesarean section.
