| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT血管成像（CTangiography，cTA）诊断急性自发性出血性脑血管病的价值。方法经手术或数字减影血管造影证实的急性自发性出血性脑血管病患者56例，均行头颈部CTA检查，并进行多平面重建、最大密度投影、容积再现等后处理。结果CTA正确诊断53例，2例颈内动脉后交通段动脉圆锥误诊为微小动脉瘤，1例微小动脉瘤漏诊。结论CTA在急性自发性出血性脑血管病的诊断中有重要价值，可有效指导临床诊断及治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of CT angiography （CTA） to the diagnosis of acute spontaneous hemorrhagic cerebrovaseular disease. Methods Fifty-six patients with spontaneous hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease confirmed by surgical operation or digital subtraction angiography （DSA） underwent CTA and were processed by multiplanar reformation, maximal intensity projection and volume rendering. Results Fifty-three cases were correctly diagnosed by CTA, 2 cases of posterior communicating artery eonus arteriosus were misdiagnosed as small aneurysms, and 1 case of small aneurysm was missed diagnosed by CTA. Conclusions CTA has a great value to the diagnosis of acute spontaneous hemorrhagic cerebrovaseular disease, and can direct the clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
