新疆地区维吾尔族女性腰椎骨密度值与年龄相关性研究

摘    要:目的测量新疆维吾尔族(维族)成年女性腰椎骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD),探讨本地区维族女性腰椎BMD随年龄变化规律及差异。方法对335例维族女性应用定量CT(quantitative CT,QCT)行腰椎BMD测量,并采用8种回归模型拟合腰椎BMD随年龄变化曲线,寻找最佳拟合模型方程建立参考数据库,按5岁为1个年龄组,得出BMD均值、标准差。结果 Cubic回归模型拟合度优于其他回归模型,拟合曲线决定系数为0.613(P〈0.01);维族女性腰椎峰值BMD出现年龄段在〉25-30岁组,50岁后骨量丢失有加速趋势,〉65岁组骨量丢失明显。结论本研究建立了新疆地区维族女性腰椎BMD的QCT参考数值,腰椎BMD在〉20-40岁相对稳定,50岁以后骨量丢失显示有加速趋势。

Abstract:Objective To detect the bone mineral density (BMD) in lumbar vertebrae and investigate its change rule with the age in Xinjiang Uygur women. Methods BMD was detected in the lumbar vertebrae by quantitative CT in 335 Uygur women. BMD with age-related changes was fitted by 8 kinds of regression models to find the best model equations of fitting. The mean value and standard deviation were achieved, as per 5 years in one age group. Result Cubic regression model was better fitted with age-related changes in comparison with the other regression models, and the coefficients of determination of fitting curve were 0. 613 (P〈0.01). The peak of BMD appeared in the group of ≥25-30 years group. The BMD showed a sharp decline after 50 years old, particularly in the group of 〉65 years older. Conclusions This study establishes the BMD quantitative CT reference databases of lumbar spine in Xinjiang Uygur women, with the stable BMD in the age of 20 to 40 years old and sharp decline after 50 years old.
