摘    要:肺移植(lung transplantation,LT)已成为治疗终末期肺疾病患者生命的一个重要手段。细支气管闭塞综合征(bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome,BOS)作为LT术后的一种并发症广泛存在,其特征性病理表现为闭塞性细支气管炎(obliterative bronchiolitis,OB):细支气管周围有淋巴细胞浸润,最终导致纤维瘢痕的形成和细支气管闭塞。理想的动物模型有助于研究的进一步开展。目前,研究肺移植缺少一种理想的动物模型。了解肺移植后闭塞性细支气管炎的发病机制,有助于改善肺移植病人的生活质量,延长肺移植后患者生存率。本研究23将就肺移植后的闭塞性细支气管炎模型做一综述。

Abstract:Lung transplantation has become an important means for patients with end-stage lung disease. Bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome (BOS) is a common complication of lung transplantation, the characteristic manifestation of BOS is bronchiolitis obliterans. The histopathology shows lymphocyte infiltration around bronchioles, which eventually leads to the formation of fibrous scar and bronchiolitis obliterans. Ideal animal model will facilitate to understand the pathogenesis of bronchiolitis obliterans after lung transplantation, and to improve the quality of life and survival of patients after lung transplant patients. This article reviews the establishment of animal model of bronchiolitis obliterans after lung transplantation.
