盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗中重度癌痛临床观察

目的观察盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗中重度癌痛的疗效、不良反应及对患者生活质量改善情况。方法120例中重度癌痛患者，均口服盐酸羟考酮缓释片，初始剂量为10～20rag／次，1次／12h，并根据疼痛缓解程度调整剂量至理想镇痛。用药14d后观察患者疼痛数字评分法（numericalratingscale，NRS）评分、疼痛缓解率、生活质量改善及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后NRS评分（1．46±1．13）低于治疗前（6．37±1．63）（P〈O．05）；治疗后疼痛完全缓解64例，部分缓解52例，疼痛总缓解率为96．7％；治疗后生活质量评分较治疗前增高（P〈O．05）；不良反应轻。结论盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗中重度癌痛效果满意，可改善患者生活质量。

Clinical observation of oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablet for moderate to severe cancer pain

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and adverse reaction of oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablet for moderate to severe pain in cancer patients and to observe the improvement on the patients＇ quality of life. Methods A total of 120 patients with moderate to severe pain were treated with oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablet. The starting dose of oxycodone was 10 to 20 mg every 12 hours. The dose was adjusted according to pain relief extent. Every patient received the treatment for at least two weeks. Numerical rating scale （NRS） score, pain relief extent, adverse reaction and quality of life were observed and evaluated 14 days after treatment. Results NRS score was 1.46 ~ 1.13 after treatment, lower than that that before treatment （6.37 ~ 1.63） （P~0.05）. The total pain relief rate was 96.7~. Sixty-four patients showed complete relief, and 52 patients showed partial relief. The quality of life was significantly improved （P%0.05）. The adverse reactions were mild. Conclusions Oxycodone hydrochloride controlled- release tablet is effective for moderate to severe cancer pain, and can improve the patients＇ quality of life.
