MMP-8及TIMP-1在慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液中的表达和意义

目的比较慢性牙周炎患者和健康人群龈沟液中基质金属蛋白酶-8（matrix metallo proteinase-8,MMP-8）和其抑制剂基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1（tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-1,TIMP-1）的水平。方法临床采集30例慢性牙周炎患者和30例正常人群的龈沟液,采用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法检MMP-8、TIMP-1含量。结果慢性牙周炎组MMP-8水平高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义。TIMP-1水平两组间差异无统计学意义。结论慢性牙周炎可提高龈沟液MMP-8水平,而MMP-8可能加重牙周组织的损伤。

Expression of MMP-8 and TIMP-1 in gingival crevicular fluid of chronic periodontitis patients

Objective To determine the levels of matrix metalloproteinases-8（ MMP-8） and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-1（ TIMP-1） in gingival crevicular fluid（ GCF） of chronic periodontitis（ CP） patients and healthy subjects. Methods GCF was collected from CP patients（ n = 30） and healthy controls（ n = 30）. MMP-8 and TIMP-1 in GCF were determined by enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assay（ ELISA）. Results MMP-8 levels in GCF of CP patients were higher than those in healthy controls. There was no difference in TIMP-1 levels between two groups. Conclusion The levels of MMP-8 in GCF of patients with chronic periodontitis are increased,which may aggravate the periodontal tissue damage.
