慢性胰腺炎患者血清chemerin水平变化及意义

目的探讨血清chemerin水平与慢性胰腺炎发病问的关系。方法124例慢性胰腺炎患者为观察组，100例体检健康者为对照组，2组采用ELISA法检测血清chemerin水平。结果观察组血清chemerin水平（128．62±23．45）μg／L明显高于对照组（90．14±18．67）μg／L（P〈0．05）；单因素logistic回归分析结果显示，血清三酰甘油和chemerin水平与慢性胰腺炎发病有关（P〈0．01）；多元logistic回归分析显示，血清chemerin水平是慢性胰腺炎发病的独立危险因素（OR=1．136，95％CI：1．016-3．698，P=0．000）。结论血清chemerin水平可作为预测慢性胰腺炎发病的血清学指标。

Change and significance of serum chemerin level in patients with chronic pancreatitis

Objective To explore the relationship of serum chemerin levels with chronic pancreatitis. Methods A total of 124 patients with chronic pancreatitis and 100 healthy controls were detected serum chemerin levels by ELISA technique. Results The serum chemerin level was higher in patients with chronic pancreatitis （（128.62 ± 23.45） μg/L） than that in control group （（90. 14 ± 18. 67） μg/L） （P 〈 0.05）. Univariate logistic regression analysis showed that serum triacylglycerol and chemerin levels were corrleated with chronic pancreatitis （P〈0.01）. Multivariable logistic regression analysis revealed that serum chemerin level was an independent risk factor of chronic pancreatitis （OR= 1. 136,95 G CI： 1. 016 to 3. 698,P=0. 000）. Conclusions Serum chemerin level can serve as a predictive serum marker for predicting the development of chronic pancreatitis.
