MRI磁敏感加权成像技术在颅脑血管性病变诊断中的价值

摘    要:目的探讨MRI磁敏感加权成像(susceptibilityweightedimaging,SWI)在颅脑血管性病变诊断中的应用价值。方法70例颅脑血管性病变患者分别行SWI与常规MRI扫描,并进行对比分析。结果30例高血压脑出血患者中,常规MRI序列显示出血21例,SWI可显示常规MRI序列未能显示的超急性期出血病灶,且显示病灶范围及边界更清晰;20例脑血管畸形患者中,常规MRI序列显示9例,SWI均清晰显示病变边界及形态异常血管;12例脑梗死患者中,常规MRI序列可清晰显示梗死灶,未能显示梗死区是否存在微小出血灶,SWI清晰显示梗死灶中的微小出血灶;8例弥漫性轴索损伤患者中,常规MRI序列诊断仅1例,SWI显示出损伤轴索周围的微小出血灶。结论在颅内血管性病变诊断中SWI可提供更多的影像信息。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value of susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) to the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases and to evaluate its diagnostic value. Methods Seventy patients with cerebrovascular disease underwent conventional MRI and SWI and were compared. Results In 30 cases of intracerebral hemorrhage, conventional MRI only revealed 21 cases, and SWI clearly showed the hemorrhage focus boundary in the super acute stage. In 20 cases of cerebrovascular malformation, conventional MRI only revealed 9 cases, and SWI clearly displayed lesions boundary and abnormal blood vessels. In 12 cases of cerebral infarction, conventional MRI sequence clearly displayed the infarction focus, but did not show minor focus of hemorrhage, and SWI clearly displayed minor focus of cerebral hemorrhage. In 8 cases of diffuse axonal injury, conventional MRI sequence only revealed 1 case, and SWI displayed all minor focus of hemorrhage clearly. Conclusions In patients with intracranial vascular lesions, SWI can provide more image information.
