血浆D-二聚体水平与复发转移性结直肠癌患者预后的相关性

目的探讨血浆D-二聚体水平与化疗前复发及转移性不可切除的晚期结直肠癌患者预后相关性。方法测定40例复发转移性结直肠癌患者化疗前血浆D-二聚体水平，分析其与临床病理因素及化疗疗效的相关性。结果血浆D-二聚体高表达患者生存期较中、低表达者短；血浆D-二聚体表达水平是患者死亡的独立预测因子；血浆D-二聚体表达水平与化疗疗效相关（P〈0．05）。结论复发转移性结直肠癌患者血浆D二聚体高表达者生存率较低，血浆D-二聚体水平可作为转移性结直肠癌患者系统化疗效果的预测指标之一。

Correlation of plasma D-dimer level with the prognosis of the patients with metastatic and recurrent colorectal cancer

Objective To investigate the correlation of plasma D-dimer level with the prognosis of advanced metastatic and recurrent unresectable colorectal cancer before systemic chemotherapy. Methods Forty patients with metastatic and recurrent unresectable colorectal cancer were detected D-dimer level before sysmetic chemotherapy and were analyzed the correlation of D-dimer level with clinicopathological factors and therapeutic effect. Results The survival time was shorter in patients with high plasma D-dimer level than that in patients with medium and lower level. Plasma D-dimer level was the independent risk factor for death, and was correlated with the chemotherapy effect （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The survival rate is low in patients with high plasma D-dimer level, and D-dimer level can be used as one of the factors to predict chemotherapy effect on metastatic colorectal cancer.
