| 摘 要： | 目的探讨MRI在恶性纤维组织细胞瘤诊断中价值。方法回顾性分析42例恶性纤维组织细胞瘤MRI影像学资料。结果36例瘤体实质部分在T1WI表现为低、中等信号，在T2WI表现为以高信号为主的混杂信号；17例瘤体内坏死或黏液变性，表现为双高信号；增强扫描显示42例瘤体周边强化明显，瘤体近中心区强化不明显或无强化表现。结论MRI可清晰显示恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的肿瘤范围及其与周围结构的关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of MRI to the diagnosis of malignant fibrous histiocytoma （MFH）. Methods The MRI findings were retrospectively analyzed in 42 patients with MFH. Results In 42 cases of MFH, 36 cases of parenehyma were found low and intermediate signal intensity in T1WI, and mixed signals majored by high signal intensity on T2WI, and 17 cases of necrosis or mucous degeneration were found high signal intensity on both T1WI and T2WI. Enhanced scans showed apparent peritumoral enhancement in 42 cases, and showed no obvious or no enhancement in central area of tumor. Conclusions MRI can clearly demonstrate the range of tumor and relationship with the adjacent structures. |
