平行放置双接骨板治疗肱骨远端C型骨折的临床疗效观察

目的 探讨平行放置双接骨板治疗肱骨远端C型骨折的临床疗效.方法 2010年1月至2012年12月,采用用肱三头肌＆quot;舌＆quot;形瓣或鹰嘴＆quot;V＆quot;形截骨入路切开复位平行双接骨板内固定治疗21例肱骨远端C型骨折,按AO分型,其中C1型7例、C2型9例、C3型5例.结果 经平均10.6个月随访,骨折均愈合,无感染、骨不连、内固定失败的发生.随访时按Mayo肘关节功能评分（Mayo elbow performance score,MEPS）评分系统进行评估：优7例、良9例、可4例、差1例,优良率为76.2%.结论 平行放置双接骨板治疗肱骨远端C型骨折固定可靠,可周期活动,是一种理想固定方法.

Clinic observation of the therapeutic effectiveness of distal humerus based parallel-plate for type C fractures.

Objective To investigate the curative effectiveness of internal fixation methods in treatment of type C fractures of the distal humerus by using the parallel-plate. Methods From January 2010 to December 2012, 21 patients with AO type C distal humerus fracture, including 7 cases of type CI, 9 cases of type C2, and 5 cases of typeC3, were treated with ORIF with the Dorsal-plate. The posterior midline approach was selected, and the intercondylar fracture ends were exposed through the olecranon osteotomy or liguliform flap of triceps brachii muscle. Results Parallel-plate had the better efftects in load-compressed displacement, load-strain and load-rigidity. Twenty-one cases were followed up from 8 to 18 months. MEPS scores were used for evaluating the result of the surgery and the complications were analyzed, including 7 cases of excellent effectiveness, 9 cases of good, 4 cases of fair, and one case of poor. The excellent and good rate was 76.2~. Concision Parallel-plate is an effective methed for type C fractures of the distal humerus, and can maintain the stability of facture and early activity.
