45例Pilon骨折治疗分析

目的分析采用不同方法治疗Pilon骨折的疗效。方法对45例患者，分别采用撬拨复位跟骨牵引、有限内固定结合石膏外固定、急诊切开复位AO三叶草钢板内固定、延迟切开复位钢板内固定等方法治疗。结果45例患者均获随访，骨折全部愈合。踝关节功能用Mazur标准评分．优良率约88．89％。结论对不同类型Pilon骨折，结合软组织损伤情况采用不同的治疗方法．仍可取得满意疗效。

Clinical Analysis of 45 Tibia Fracture Related to Distal Tibial Articular Surface

Objective To analyze the effect of different methods in the treatment of tibial fracture related to the distal articular surface. Methods 45 eases were included in the study. They were treated with caleaneal distraction and unclenching reduction,limited internal fixation and plaster external fixation,open reduction in emergency and AO clover-like steel-plate internal fixation,or delayed open reduction and internal fixation,respectively. Results All the 45 cases in the group were followed-up successfully. All the tibial fracture were unioned. The rate of excellent and good function of ankle was 89% （Mazur standard）. Conclusion According to the injury degree of the soft tissue ,different kinds of methods could be selected to treat the different tyle of tibial fracture related to the distal articular surface and satisfied results could be accepted.
