| 摘 要： | 膀胱癌是我国泌尿生殖系统中最常见的恶性肿瘤。VEGF是最重要的血管生长因子,它在膀胱癌细胞系中的表达提示其可能在膀胱肿瘤的发生和发展中起重要作用,可以刺激膀胱肿瘤的血管生成,促进肿瘤生长,可作为判断膀胱癌生物学行为的指标之一。膀胱VEGF的表达与PTEN、DC、HIF-2a、CD147等有关。VEGF的表达可以作为判断膀胱癌恶性程度和预后的参考指标。

| Abstract: | Bladder cancer is the most common malignant tumors at genitourinary system in China.VEGF is the most capital angiogenine.Expression of VEGF in bladder cancer cell lines may be related to the occurrence and progression of bladder cancer.VEGF could induce tumor angiogenesis and would accelerate the tumor growth,be way of one target of the biologic behavior in bladder cancer.The expression of VEGF and PTEN、DC、HIF-2a、CD147 in bladder tissues were significantly related.VEGF could be viewed as a valuable index in judging the malignant degree and prognosis of bladder cancer. |
