食管骨性异物存留并食管损伤的X线与CT诊断

目的:探讨食管骨性异物存留并食管损伤的X线与CT诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析30例经胃镜确诊的食管骨性异物存留并食管损伤病例的X线与CT表现。结果:X线表现:出现钡棉钩挂征27例,其中出现龛影并食管周围斑点片状高密度影2例,食管局部黏膜增粗紊乱及小斑点片钡剂残留2例。CT表现:骨性异物穿破食管腔,纵膈内见斑片状钡剂残留3例。结论:X线钡棉透视能够对食管骨性异物存留做出准确的定位及定性诊断,CT能够对食管穿孔做出准确、直观、全面的诊断。

X-ray and CT diagnosis of esophageal osseous foreign body with esophageal damage

Objective To explore the value of X-ray fluoroscopy examination and computed tomography(CT) in the diagnosis of esophageal osseous foreign bodies.Method Images of X-ray and CT in 30 patients with esophageal osseous foreign bodies by using gastroscope were analyzed retrospectively.Results By using X-ray,27 cases had the sign of barium hooking,2 cases had niche and periesophageal high density spot-like,2 cases had hyperplasia of local esophageal mucosa and spot-like barium retention.By using CT,esophagus was perforated by osseous foreign bodies and spot-like barium retention were seen in mediastinum in 3 cases.Conclusion X-ray fluoroscopy examination can be used in accurate qualitative diagnosis and localization of esophageal osseous foreign bodies.Esophageal perforation can be diagnosed accurately and comprehensively by using CT.
