铜陵市创建示范无烟医疗卫生机构效果评估

目的通过创建示范无烟医疗卫生机构,对干预效果进行评价,为全面创建无烟医疗卫生机构提供参考依据。方法在创建示范无烟医疗卫生机构开始以及后期,对3家医疗卫生机构各工作人员进行问卷调查,并依据卫生部《无烟医疗卫生机构标准(试行)》进行评估。结果通过1年的控烟干预,工作人员对吸烟危害知识的知晓率由基线时的63.7%提高至效果评估时的72.6%,吸烟与疾病相关性知识的知晓率由67.3%提高至73.7%;被动吸烟与疾病相关性知识的知晓率由74.2%提高至81.0%。结论医务工作人员控烟知识知晓率得到提高,创建活动取得一定成效。

Effect Evaluation of Establishing Model Smoke-free Medical and Health Institutions in Tongling City

Objective To provide a reference for building model smoke-free medical and health institutions in an all-round way by campaigning against smoking and evaluating the intervention effect in the medical and health institutions in Tongling City.Methods Based on the Ministry of Health standard Smoke-free medical and health institutions(Trial),we measured the effect of the campaign by comparing the questionnaires delivered respectively at the earlier and the later stage of the anti-smoking activities.Results Through one-year effort in tobacco control,the knowledge rate of the smoking harm increased from 63.7% to 72.6%.The correlation between diseases and smoking increased from 67.3% to 73.7%.Meanwhile,the correlation between passive smoking and diseases rose from 74.2% to 81.0%.Conclusion The medical staff’s knowledge rate of smoking has been significantly improved.Thus we can conclude that a certain degree of success has been achieved in this campaign against smoking.
