不同领导方式对护士长工作满足程度调查分析

目的调查该市二级以上医院,护士长不同领导方式与护士工作满足程度。方法采用Mathena设计的Liker5分制量表和个人背景问卷对该市200名护士进行问卷调查。结果被认为官僚式领导方式的护士长最多。认为民主式、父母式、独裁式以及放任式领导方式的护士长分别居第2、3、4、5位;另外不同领导方式对护士的工作满足程度均有关系（P〈0.05）,民主式领导方式是的管理方法,护士的满足程度最高。结论民主式领导方式是在护理管理中为最满足的一种领导方式,为今后的护理管理工作提出了新的思路与依据。

Different leadership style to the head nurse work satisfaction research

Objective To investigate the city two or more hospitals,the head nurse of different leadership style and nurses＇ job satisfaction.Methods Conduct a questionnaire survey by 200 nurses in the city.Results The leadership of bureaucracy involved the head nurse is considered the most.And democratic type,parents type,authoritarian type and indulge type of leading way respectively the head nurse in the second,third,fourth,fifth;another different style of leadership have a relationship with satisfaction the work of the nurses（P0.05）,the democratic leadership is the nurse of meet with the highest level of management.Conclusion The democratic leadership type in nursing management for the most satisfied a leadership for future nursing management,puts forward new ideas and basis.
