摘    要:目的:了解慢性镉中毒对精子生成量和精子运动能力的影响。方法:SD雄性大鼠60只,分成对照组、镉中剂量组、镉高剂量组,每组20只。采用精子头计数法研究镉染毒对精子生成量的影响;计算机辅助精子分析系统(CASA)观察附睾精子运动速度参数(VCL、VSL和VAP)和运动方式参数(BCF、ALH、LIN和STR)的变化。结果:染毒第3周时,高剂量组精子头计数和每日精子生成量均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);中剂量组大鼠VCL显著降低,高剂量组BCF和STR也显著下降。染毒第6周时,两个染毒组精子头计数和每日精子生成量均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);而高剂量组大鼠VSL和LIN显著降低(P<0.05)。第3、第6周其它运动指标变化均不明显。结论:慢性镉染毒对大鼠睾丸精子生产量和附睾尾精子运动能力直接造成毒性作用。

Abstract:ve: To evaluate the effects of chronic cadmium-exposure on sperm production and sperm motili-ty. Methods: Healthy adult male Sprague-Dawley rats(n = 60) were randomly divided into the following three groups with twenty animals in each group, control group, medium dose group with dietary cadmium 5 mg/kg feed and high dose group with dietary cadmium 10 mg/kg. The effects of cadmium-exposure to sperm production and sperm motility were studied by means of sperm head counts and computer assisted-sperm analysis system. Results: The sperm head counts and daily sperm production of high dose group were significantly lower than that of control group, meanwhile, the parameters of sperm motility such as curvilinear velocity of medium dose group as well as beat cross frequency and straightness(STR) of high dose group were markedly decreased in the 3rd week after cadmium-exposure. In the 6th week, sperm head counts and daily sperm production of two cadmium-exposure groups dropped significantly, and straight line velocity and linearity of high dose group in sperm motility decreased significantly, compared with control group. Conclusion:Chronic cadmium-exposure results in direct toxic effects on sperm produc-tion in testes and motility of sperm in caudal epididymides in rats.
