128例糖尿病患者血脂血糖的监测与分析

目的：探讨对糖尿病患者血脂血糖的监测的临床价值。方法收集2013年7月～2014年5月来我院就诊的糖尿病患者128例为观察组，同时选择同期健康体检的正常人150例为对照组。对两组患者的血脂血糖进行检测及分析。结果观察组患者的TC、TG及TC、TG皆升高率明显高于对照组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的高脂血症发生率为44.67％，明显高于对照组的15.33％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。血糖值7～17mmol/L的患者，其TC及LDL-C值明显低于血糖值＞17mmol/L的患者，说明TC及LDL-C随血糖升高而升高。而两组TG及HDL-C指标比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论对糖尿病患者血脂血糖的联合检测，可以指导临床用药，从而有效控制血糖，改善脂质代谢紊乱。

Monitoring and analysis of 128 cases of blood glucose in patients withdiabetes mellitus

Objective To explore the monitoring and analysis of 128 cases of blood glucose in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods Patients with diabetes were collected from 2013 July to 2014 year in May in our hospital for treatment of 128 cases of the observation group, while normal over the same period of 150 healthy cases as control group. Detect the blood lipid and blood glucose of the patients in the two groups were collected and observed. Results The patients in the observation group were TC, TG and TC were increased, TG was significantly higher than that of control group, the two groups, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Observation on hyperlipemia patients incidence rate was 44.67%, significantly higher than that in the control group 15.33%, two groups, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Blood glucose values of 7~17mmol/L patients, the TC and LDL-C values were significantly lower than that of glucose〉17mmol/L patients, indicating that TC and LDL-C with the blood sugar rises. And the two group of TG and HDL-c index comparison, no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Joint test of blood lipid in patients with diabetes blood sugar, can guide the clinical medication, thus effectively control blood sugar, improve lipid metabolism disorders.
