| 摘 要： | 观察胃癌特异性转移因子对淋巴细胞进行诱导刺激后，淋巴细胞表面的ＩＬ－２受体表达的变化。方法应用流式细胞仪检测异硫氰基荧光素标记的淋巴细胞表面ＩＬ－２Ｒ抗体的荧光强度，以观察其受刺激前后表面ＩＬ－２Ｒ的表达。

| Abstract: | AIM After lymphocytes stimulated by gastric carcinoma specific transfer factor (GSTF) in vitro , the expression of IL 2 receptor on lymphocytes was studied. METHODS The IL 2 receptor on lymphocytes was detected by flow cytometry using IL 2 receptor's specific antibody labeled by FITC. RESULTS When the lymphocytes were stimulated together with GSTF and gastric carcinoma specific antigen, the expression of IL 2 receptor increased from 6.2% to 17.9%. The activity of GSTF was antigen specific. CONCLUSION Antigen specific transfer factor can induce the expression of IL 2 receptors on lymphocytes. A new, rapid and scientific method is established for the detection of transfer factor activity and for further study of its mechanism. |
