| 摘 要： | 目的：建立南方菟丝子中槲皮素和山萘酚的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法：采用YWG－C18柱，甲醇-4g·L－1磷酸（55∶45）为流动相，检测波长360nm。结果：该法回收率槲皮素为102.8％，山萘酚为96.7％；RSD槲皮素为2.6％，山萘酚为0.8％（n＝5）。结论：本测定方法为菟丝子类药材质量评价提供了可靠的依据。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To establish an assay of quercetin and kaempferol in the seeds of Cuscuta australis R.Br.with high performance liquid chromatography. METHOD:YWG-C18(10μm,250mm×4.6mm)was packed in the analytical column.The mobile phase consisted of methanol -4g.L－1 phosphoric acid solution (55∶45).The detection wavelength was 360nm. RESULTS:The average recoveries of quercetin and daempferol were 102.8% and 96.7% respectlively；RSD were 2.6% and 0.8% respectively. CONCLUSION:This method could be used for the quality evaluation of Cuscuta. |
