| 摘 要： | 以目的探讨高频超声在乳腺小肿瘤普查中的价值。方法对638名健康体检的妇女进行常规乳腺检查，对可疑病例建议手术并送病理。结果12名可疑病例中，经手术和病理证实，乳腺浸润性导管癌2例，小叶原位癌2例，纤维瘤7例，乳腺增生1例。所检出的癌症患者占全部受检者的0．63％。结论高频超声在健康体检中对乳腺小肿瘤的早期发现、早期诊断及早期治疗具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective] To explore the value of high - frequency ultrasound for diagnosing small tumors in mammary glands in physical examination. Methods]Routine breast examination was carried out on 638 women who received physical examination and suspected cases were sent for operation and pathology. Results] Among the 12 suspected cases, 2 cases were found with duct carcinoma, 2 cases with lobule carcinoma in situ, 7 cases with fibroadenoma and 1 case with hyperplasia of mammary glands. The total detection rate of carcinoma was 0.63%. Conclusion ] High -frequency uhrasound plays very important role in early discovery, early diagnosis and treatment for small tumors in mammary gland. |
