黄山贡菊泻下作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的 观察黄山贡菊对正常小鼠和便秘小鼠大、小肠蠕动的影响 ,初步探讨其泻下作用。方法 按常规方法观察黄山贡菊对正常小鼠和便秘小鼠小肠墨汁推进作用 ,并计算百分率 ,评价对小鼠小肠蠕动的影响 ;观察 2组小鼠首次出现含墨汁粪便的潜伏期及 6h内排出含墨汁粪便的颗粒总数 ,评价对小鼠大肠蠕动的影响。结果黄山贡菊大、小剂量组均能提高正常小鼠和便秘小鼠的小肠墨汁推进百分率 ,可缩短便秘小鼠首次出现含墨汁粪便的潜伏期 ,增加 6h内排出的含墨汁粪便颗粒总数。结论 黄山贡菊对正常小鼠和便秘小鼠大、小肠蠕动均有较强促进作用 ,尤其对便秘小鼠的作用更明显 ,提示黄山贡菊具有泻下作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of Huangshan Gongju on diarrhea by observing the peristalsis of large and small intestine of normal and constipation mice. Methods The mice small intestine propulsion rates caused by Huangshan Gongju were observed in regular ways and the effect on the mice small intestine peristalsis were appraised; The incubation period of the first excrement marked with black ink and the amount of excrement marked with black ink within 6 hours showed the effects on the mice large intestine peristalsis. Results Different dosages of Huangshan Gongju can improve the propulsion percentage of mice small intestine of normal and constipation mice,shorten the incubation period of the first excrement with black ink,increase the total amount of the excrement with black ink of the constipation mice within 6 hours. Conclusion Huangshan Gongju has a strong effect on the peristalsis of large and small intestine of normal and constipation mice,especially on the constipation mice,so Huangshan Gongju has the diarrhea effect.
