| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨氧气驱动中药雾化吸入治疗老年肺心病哮喘发作的临床疗效。方法]69例肺心病哮喘发作患者随机分为两组,对照组31例,治疗组38例。对照组采用常规综合方法,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用氧气驱动中药热毒宁注射液面罩雾化吸入治疗。结果]治疗组症状,体征消失时间均短于对照组（P〈0.01）,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组。结论]中药热毒宁注射液氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗,能明显减轻憋喘、咳嗽、痰多症状,可缩短病程。
