中西医结合治疗糖尿病眼底出血探讨

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病眼底出血55例的临床疗效。[方法]将84例糖尿病眼底出血患者随机分为2组,中西医结合组55例(观察组),在对照组治疗的基础上分为早期、中期、后期三个阶段辨证施治。对照组29例,常规西药治疗。[结果]观察组痊愈23例,显效23例,有效10例,无效4例,总有效率为93%;对照组痊愈4例,显效9例,有效9例,无效9例,总有效率为72%;2组差异有显著性(P<0·01)。[结论]采用中西医结合治疗糖尿病眼底出血,明显好于单纯西药治疗。

Diabetic Subhyaloid Hemorrhage Treated with Combination of TCM and Western Medicine

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of the 55 subhyaloid hemorrhage cases of the diabetes with the combined treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine.[Method]The 84 subhyaloid hemorrhage cases of diabetes were randomly divided into two groups.55 cases in the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group(observed group);according to control group,determine the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs in earlier period,intermediate stage,later stage.Control group(29 cases)were cured in common practiced western medicine.[Result] In observed group,23 cases fully recovered from illness,23 cases were excellent,10 cases were effective,4 case were ineffective.Total effective rate was 93%.In control group,4 case fully recovered from illness,9 cases were excellent,9 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective.Total effective rate was 72%.The differences between two groups were significant(P<0.01).[Conclusion] To cure the subhyaloid hemorrhage cases of the diabetes with the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is obviously better than with western medicine.
