全病程综合干预治疗精神分裂症疗效分析

目的观察全病程综合干预治疗对精神分裂症患者的临床疗效。方法将300例精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组和对照组各150例,对照组采用常规药物治疗,干预组在此基础上采取全病程综合干预治疗,两组于治疗开始,半年,1年,2年时采用阳性和阴性综合征量表(PAN SS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、康复状态量表(M RSS),药物副反应量表(TESS),对患者的治疗、康复疗效、生存质量、用药安全性进行全方位综合评定对比。结果干预组的PAN SS、SDSS、M RSS、TESS量表指标在治疗各阶段明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论对精神分裂症患者采用全病程综合干预治疗,能明显提高患者治疗效果,改善社会功能,减轻药物副作用,提高依从性,降低复发率,提高患者生存质量,全面促进患者康复。

Curative Effect of the Whole Course of Comprehensive Intervention Therapy of Schizophrenia

Objective To observe clinical curative effect of the whole course of treatment and comprehensive intervention on patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 300 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 150 cases in each group,the control group was treated with conventional drug therapy,the intervention group were treated with the whole course of comprehensive intervention treatment on the basic of conventional drug treatment.The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS),social disability screening scale(SDSS),rehabilitation status scale(MRSS),and adverse drug reaction scale(TESS),were used to evoluate effcacy,rehabilitation,quality of life and medication safety were significantly.Results PANSS,SDSS,MRSS,TESS scale index of intervention groups in the treatment of each stage is obviously superior to those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The whole course of comprehensive intervention therapy used for patients with schizophrenia can significantly improve the treatment effect,improve social function,reduce the side effects of drugs,improve compliance,reduce the relapse rate,improve the quality of life of patients and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
