冷加压自动循环系统对下肢骨折后肿胀和疼痛的疗效观察及护理

目的 观察冷加压自动循环系统对下肢骨折后肿胀和疼痛的疗效,并总结护理要点.方法 选择2010年8月～2011年9月本科室收治的86例下肢骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例.对照组术前采取常规药物治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上使用冷加压自动循环系统对患肢持续冷敷48h,观察两组患者入院后不同时段患肢的肿胀和疼痛情况.结果 观察组在冷敷后不同时段的疼痛程度低于对照组(均P＜ 0.05).入院后24h,两组患者肿胀程度比较,P＞ 0.05,差异无统计学意义；48h后比较,观察组肿胀程度评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组患者均能在入院后48h顺利手术,镇静止痛剂的使用少于对照组.结论 对下肢骨折患处采取持续冷敷,具有良好的消肿和止痛效果,可降低患者对镇静止痛剂的依赖性,为按时手术提供保障.

Curative effect of cryo/cuff system on swelling pains from lower limbs fracture

Objective To explore the effect of cryo/cuff system on swelling pains from lower limbs fracture. Methods 86 patients with lower limbs fracture in our department from August 2010 to September 2011 were evenly divided into observation group and control group randomly. patients in the control group received conventional medical treatment and nursing before operation, while patients in the observation group received cryo/cuff system for 48h cold treatment besides conventional nursing. The patients＇ limb swelling and pains at 2 h, 24 h and 48 h after admission were observed. Results After cold treatment, the observation group had lower levels Of pains than that of control group in different periods （P 〈 0.05 ）. Comparison of the two groups＇ swelling at 24 h after admission showed no significant difference statistically （P 〉 0.05 ）. The 24 h swelling score of observation group was lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The patients in the observation group could receive operation 48 h after admission. Conclusions The pulse compression cold compress onto the lower limb fracture may be helpful for detumesceuce and ndynolysis. It could reduce the patients＇ dependence on painkillers and it can provide guarantee for precedured surgery.
