工娱治疗对康复期精神分裂症患者自我效能感及疗效的影响

目的 探讨工娱治疗对康复期精神分裂症患者自我效能感及疗效的影响.方法 115例康复期精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组(58例)和对照组(57例),对照组采用药物治疗和精神科常规护理,干预组在此基础上采用工娱治疗.于治疗前后应用自我效能感量表(General self-Efficacy Scale,GSES)、精神WHO残疾评估量表(WHO psychiatric disability assessment schedule,WHO/DAS)和简明精神病评定量表(Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale,BPRS)对两组分别进行评定.结果 工娱治疗3个月后,干预组GSES量表总分(25.51±4.38)分显著高于对照组(20.21±4.45)分,干预组DAS( 12.63±5.45)分、BPRS量表总分(21.63±3.35)分显著低于对照组(31.21±4.96,25.21±3.46)分,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 工娱治疗能有效提高患者的自我效能感,促进患者社会功能康复,改善患者症状.

Influence of recreation therapy on self-efficacy and therapeutic effect of rehabilitation in schizophrenics

Objective To explore the influence of recreation therapy on the self-efficacy and rehabilitation in schizophrenics. Methods 115 rehabilitation schizophrenics were divided into intervention group （n = 58） and control group （n = 57） randomly. The control group was treated with drug therapy and psychiatric routine care, while the intervention group with recreation therapy besides drug therapy and psychiatric routine care. Before and after psychological intervention, the two groups were evaluated with GSES, DAS and BPRS separately. Result After 3 months of recreation therapy, there were significantly differences between intervention group and control group in the scores on the three scales （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Recreation therapy may improve the self-efficacy of rehabilitation schizophrenics, promote their rehabilitation of social funclion and improve the symptoms.
