心理护理干预对全子宫切除患者焦虑状况的影响

目的 探讨心理护理干预对改善全子宫切除患者焦虑状况的效果.方法 选取子宫全切术患者200例,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组根据制订的干预模式实施护理干预,对照组按常规护理.采取焦虑自评表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)和抑郁自评表( Self-Rating Depression Scale,SDS)对患者进行问卷调查.结果 出院时两组患者的焦虑、抑郁分值比较,实验组SAS评分(31.5±3.2)分,对照组为(37.8±4.3)分,实验组SDS评分(23.1±2.9)分,对照组(31.6±3.8)分,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 子宫全切除术对患者的心理会造成不良影响,通过心理护理干预可以减轻全子宫切除患者的焦虑状况,促进术后患者的康复.

Effects of the mental intervention on anxiety of patients with total hysterectomy

Objective To evaluate the effects of mental intervention on anxiety of the patients with total hysterectomy. Metnoads 200 panents with total hysterectomy were randomized into the experiment group and the control group. The experiment group received the mental intervention and the control group received the routine care. SAS and PDS were used to assess the levels of anxiety in all of patients. Results The scores on SAS and SDS in the experiment group and the control group were （31.5 ± 3.2） vs. （37.8 ± 4.3） and （23.1 ± 2.9） vs. （31.6 ± 3.8）, respectively. The differences were significant between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Total hysterectomy produces adverse influence on the patients. Mental intervention is beneficial for the reduction of anxiety and the rehabilitation of patients.
