心理支持和认知行为疗法对膀胱癌术后患者心理状态的影响

目的探讨支持性心理护理和认知行为疗法对膀胱癌术后患者心理状态的影响。方法将60例行回肠膀胱术后的膀胱癌患者,随机分为对照组和干预组,每组各30例。两组患者均接受常规治疗和护理,干预组在此基础上接受支持性心理护理和认知行为疗法。干预前后分别采用Zung焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)测评两组患者焦虑和抑郁程度。结果干预后干预组患者焦虑和抑郁程度均低于对照组患者,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用支持性心理护理和认知行为疗法能明显改善膀胱癌术后患者焦虑及抑郁的状态,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of psychological nursing and cognitive behavior therapy on bladder carcinoma patients after cystectomy

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing care and cognitive behavior therapy on mental status of bladder carcinoma patients after cystectomy. Methods 60 patients undergoing ileum-export skin-stoma after cystectomy were equally divided into control group and intervention group. The patients in the control group received routine therapy and nursing and those in the intervention group psychological nursing and cognitive behavior therapy beside routine therapy. The anxiety and depression levels of the two groups were assessed before intervention and six months after intervention with the Anxiety Self rating Scale （SAS） and the Depression Self rating Scale （SDS）. Results After the intervention, the levels of anxiety and depression were both significantly lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Psychological care and cognitive behavior therapy can obviously regulate the state of anxiety and depression in bladder carcinoma patients after cysteeotmy. therapy
