区域化消毒供应中心的运营与成效分析

目的探讨区域化消毒供应中心的运营方法与取得的成效。方法根据本院消毒供应中心的运行情况及其对器械处理的承受能力,开展区域化医疗卫生消毒供应服务。比较开展区域化服务前后区域无菌物品质量和手术医生对器械物品准备满意度的差异;并对两个规模相当的医院供应室的运营成本进行比较。结果开展区域化服务后区域无菌物品质量和医生满意度均较前提高,前后比较,均P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。开展区域化服务的医院消毒物品供应运营成本较自建供应室医院低,两者比较,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论区域化消毒物品供应的运营模式能够有效地保证区域物品和器械的消毒质量,同时能节约医疗资源,降低物品和器械的运营成本,实现资源共享。

Operation and effect of regional sterilization and supply center

Objective To explore the effect of flexible management on the management of workers at sterilization and supply center. Methods The flexible management including making a harmonious team and carrying out training on professional knowledge and skills was conducted in the supply center. Results After operation of flexible management, the workers＇ average scores on professional knowledge were improved from （68.2 ± 6.9） to （80.1 ±6.7） the those on skills from （79.2 ± 4.9） to （90.8 ± 2.6）. The satisfaction degree of the workers at the center was increased from 72.4% to 91.1%. Conclusion Flexible management at the supply center may help to improve the workers professional quality and promote the continuing development.
