肝移植术后患者1月内血糖水平变化趋势分析及护理

目的 观察肝移植术后患者1月内血糖变化情况,以便探讨肝移植术后早期血糖变化规律,提出护理对策.方法 采用拜安捷血糖仪,测量并记录110例肝移植术后第4d后患者1月内的空腹、3餐后血糖值,并进行统计学分析.了解患者术后1个月内血糖变化情况.结果 患者术后7d内血糖呈上升趋势,术后4～14d维持在高血糖水平,术后14d后逐渐降低.结论 肝移植术后1月内患者血糖随时间变化呈先升高后降低；护理方面通过预测患者血糖变化趋势,了解及评估患者糖代谢紊乱时间及程度,以便及时发现并纠正患者水电解质及酸碱平衡失调.

Analysis of one-month blood glucose level changes after post-transplantation of liver and nursing

Objective To explore the changes of blood glucose in a month after liver transplantation so as to propose the nursing strategies. Method Baianjie blood glucose mete was used to measure and record the fasting blood sugar value and postprandial blood sugar of 110 patients after liver transplantation. Result The blood sugar level went up within one week after liver transplantation and then went down two weeks after transplantation. Conclusions The blood sugar levels of the patients after liver transplantation go up at first and then go down. The tendency of sugar changes can direct the nursing intervention so that the nurses and doctors can find a reasonable dosage of insulin to correct the metabolic disturbance of sugar.
