维汉民族酒精依赖患者应付方式的比较

目的 比较维吾尔族和汉族使用酒精所致精神和行为障碍患者的应付方式。方法 运用应付方式（CSQ）评定量表对39例维吾尔族和39例汉族使用酒精所致精神和行为障碍患者的问卷进行调查及统计分析。结果 汉族和维吾尔族患者在应付方式中，维吾尔族患者幻想分值、求助分值高于汉族患者，而维族患者退避分值明显低于汉族患者，考虑可能与其民族信仰和民族习惯有一定的联系。结论 各民族之间由于民族信仰和民族习惯的不同，可能应付方式也不尽相同。应针对性地给予心理支持和干预。

Comparison of Uygur and Han nationality of coping style of patients with alcohol dependence

Objective To compare the coping style of patients with alcohol dependence between Uygur and Han nationality.Methods Thirty-nine cases of Uygur and 39 cases of Han nationality in patients with mental and behavioural disorders due to use of alcohol questionnaires were surveyed with CSQ quantitative evaluation table,the result were used statistical analysis.Results In Han and Uygur patients in coping,fantasy score,help score were higher than the Han.Uighur Backoff score was significantly less than Han,it could considered that its family beliefs and habits had a link.Conclusion Between the family,because of the different ethnic beliefs and family habits,coping style may different.Our clinicians should be targeted to give psychological support and intervention.
