流程管理在抗凝剂皮下注射中的应用效果观察

目的探讨流程管理在抗凝剂皮下注射中的应用效果。方法将60例490例次皮下注射抗凝剂患者分别采用传统管理方法(31例254例次)与流程管理方法(29例236例次)给予患者皮下注射抗凝剂,观察实施流程管理前后患者注射抗凝剂后皮下出血发生率及出血程度。结果实施流程管理前后比较,两组患者注射抗凝剂皮下出血发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义,实施后患者皮下出血发生率明显降低,而且程度减轻(均P<0.05)。结论抗凝剂皮下注射流程管理法优于传统管理方法,降低患者皮下出血发生率和皮下出血程度,从而提高了护理质量和患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Application of procedure management in anticogulants subcutaneous injection

Objective To investigate the effect of procedure management in anticoagulant subcutaneous injection. Methods 60 patients （490 cases/times of subcutaneous injection of anticoagulants） were treated by traditional management method （31 patients, 254 eases/times） and the procedure management method （29 cases, 236 cases/time）. The patients were given subcutaneous injection of anticoagulants. The incidence of subcutaneous bleeding and bleeding volume were observed and compared before and after performance of procedure management. Result After performance of procedure management, the incidence of subcutaneous bleeding was significantly decreased and the volume of bleeding was downsized compared with pre- performance of procedure management （all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Procedure management of subcutaneous injection of anticoagulants is better than the traditional management methods. It can reduce the incidence of subcutaneous hemorrhage and volume of subcutaneous hemorrhage. Thus it can improve the quality of care and patient＇s satisfaction.
