远程随访对流动人口初治肺结核患者治疗依从性的影响

目的探讨远程随访对流动人口初治肺结核患者治疗依从性的影响。方法将210例流动人口初治肺结核患者按就诊顺序随机分为对照组和随访组,每组各105例。对照组在初诊时实施常规护理,随访组在常规护理基础上,实施远程随访,内容包括短信交流、发放健康小册子、开通网站和结核病QQ在线医生、电话随访,时间为6个月。比较两组患者治疗依从性和治愈率的差异。结果随访组患者在规则服药、定期查痰、定期查肝功能、定期查胸片和治愈率情况均优于对照组,两组比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论远程随访能提高流动人口初治肺结核患者治疗的依从性,提高了治疗效果。

Effect of long-distance follow-up on curative compliance in migrants with pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To investigate the effect of long-distance follow-up on curative compliance migrants with TB. Methods 210 pulmonary tuberculosis positive migrants receiving first treatment were evenly randomized according to their registration sequence into follow-up group and control group. Those in the control group received routine nursing at first visit and those in the follow-up group, apart from conventional nursing at first visit, were followed up by cell phone message, handouts, website-based consultation, one-line consultation by QQ and phone calls for 6 months. The two groups were compared in respect of curative compliance and cure rate. Results The follow-up was significantly better than the control group in regular medicine-taking, regular inspection of sputum, regular check of liver function, regular X- ray check of chest and cure rate （for all, P 〈 0.05）. It showed treatment compliance in follow-up group was superior to control group. Conclusions Long-distance follow-up can effectively promote the curative compliance in migrants with pulmonary tuberculosis. It is beneficial for the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.
