| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨ＣｐＧ－ＯＤＮ对小鼠骨髓来源的树突状细胞（ｂｏｎｅ ｍａｒｒｏｗ－ｄｅｒｉｖｅｄ ｄｅｎｄｒｉｔｉｃ ｃｅｌｌｓ，ＢＭＤＣ）分化成熟的影响。方法：利用合成的含非甲基化ＣｐＧ基序的寡核苷酸（ＧｐＧ ｍｏｔｉｆ ｃｏｎｔａｉｎｉｎｇｏｌｉｇｏｎｕｃｌｅｏｔｉｄｅｓ，ＣｐＧ－ＯＤＮ），通过酶切鉴定ＤＮＡ制品ＣｐＧ基序甲基化程序，ＦＡＣＳ分析ＤＣ表型和内吞作用的变化，ＥＬＩＳＡ检测ＤＣ培养上清
