摘    要:目的:探讨CpG-ODN对小鼠骨髓来源的树突状细胞(bone marrow-derived dendritic cells,BMDC)分化成熟的影响。方法:利用合成的含非甲基化CpG基序的寡核苷酸(GpG motif containingoligonucleotides,CpG-ODN),通过酶切鉴定DNA制品CpG基序甲基化程序,FACS分析DC表型和内吞作用的变化,ELISA检测DC培养上清
