甘草酸二铵对慢活肝的疗效及免疫调节作用

甘草酸二铵是治疗肝炎的新药。本文采用甘草酸二铵对28例慢性活动性肝炎患者进行了治疗，疗程1个月，总有效率为93％与对照组（71％）相比差别有显著性（P＜0.05），和强力宁治疗组（95％）相比差别无显著性（P＞0.05）。在治疗同时，对单核吞噬细胞的吞噬功能、各类免疫球蛋白含量及T淋巴细胞亚群的变化进行了测定．结果甘草酸二铵组IgM水平治疗后比治疗前显著降低（P＜0.05），单核细胞吞噬率明显增高（P＜0.05），CD4细胞明显增高、CD8细胞明显降低，CD4／CD8的比值增高（P＜0.05）。提示甘草酸二铵对慢性活动性肝炎有明显的治疗作用，且可增强机体细胞免疫功能。

Studies on curative effects of Glycyrrhizin treating chronic active hepatitis and action of Glycyrrhizin on regulating body immune

Glycyrrhizin is a new medicine. The paper reports that 28 patients ill with chronic active hepatitis (CAH)were treated by Glycyrrhizin(GL )and the course of treatment was a month.The total effective rate was 93%, which was a significant difference (P <0.05)comparing with the control group (71 %)and was no significant difference comparing with the group treated by Potenlini(95% ). While CAH was being treated,phagocytosis of monocytes,levels of immunoglobulin and the changes of T-lymphocyte subsets were determined. The results showed that the level of IgM was much lower (P <0.05),whereas the phagocytesis rate of monocytes and the level of CD4 cells significantly increased,CD8 cells remarkably lowered,and the ratio between CD4 and CD8 increased (P<0.05). All this suggests that Glycyrrhizin has an obvious effect on treating CAH and is able to enhance cell immunologic function of the body.
