高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与冠状动脉疾病及高血压的关系

目的研究高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平与冠状动脉疾病(CAD)及高血压的关系。方法随机抽取HDL-C>2.6mmol/L的102例患者为研究对象,收集与CAD发病相关的年龄、性别、体重、身高及吸烟、酒精摄入、饮食习惯、运动、慢性病史、药物治疗、绝经、动脉粥样硬化(AS)家庭史等资料,并将患者分为高血压组与血压正常进行统计学分析。结果年龄、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、HDL、体重指数、吸烟、酒精摄入及运动等因素的差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);而在CAD、糖尿病(d iabetesm ellitus,DM)、脑血管意外发病率方面差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论HDL-C为心血管病的一种保护性因子,HDL-C水平降低,则CAD及高血压病的发病率升高。

Correlation of high density cholesterol levels and coronary artery diseases and hypertension

Objective To explore the relationship between high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) levels and coronary artery diseases(CAD) and hypertension.Methods One hundred and two patients with HDL-C>2.6mmol/L were admitted randomly.Data of age,sex,body weight,height and smoking,alcohol,diets,exercises,chronic disease history,medication,menopause,atherosclerosis(AS) family history,etc.that of relationship with CAD were collected.Statistic analysis was performed according to the clinical features of hypertension group and nonhypertension group.Results There was non-significantly(P>0.05) in age,triglycerides(TG),total cholestreos(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL),HDL,body mass index,smlking,etc.;and there was significantly(P<0.05) in incidence rate of CAD,diabetes mellitus(DM),and cerebrovascular accident.Conclusion HDL-C was a protection factor of cardiovascular diseases.The more lower of HDL-C levels,and the more high incidence rate of CAD and hypertension.
